With over a decade of experience in the medical technology sector, Jonny has a proven track record in commercial strategy and business development. ​Jonny's mission is to dismantle the stigma surrounding male reproductive health by providing accessible, private, and highly accurate "home-to-lab" solutions that meet international clinical standards.​
Becky Kay PhD

With a PhD in Medical Imaging and extensive experience as an NHS-trained clinical scientist, Becky brings a deep level of academic and practical rigor to the team. Her expertise lies in bridging the gap between complex laboratory science and user-friendly technology.​​​​​
Fergus Snell
Co-Founder | Market & Design Director
Fergus has over a decade of experience in innovation and design. He is responsible for the visual identity and the physical user experience of the brand. With a focus on human-centric design, he led the development of the Malebox physical kit, ensuring it is not only functional and clinically compliant but also intuitive and discreet for the user.​​
Richard Miles
Co-Founder | Head of Engineering
Richard has 11+ years experience as a medical software engineer/ developer & NHS clinical scientist. Richard has built the robust technical architecture that powers Malebox. With a focus on scalability and security, he ensures the digital infrastructure, from kit tracking to lab results. His technical leadership is essential in delivering a reliable, high-performance service that bridges the gap between home-testing and clinical analysis.
Michael Jeffryes
Head of Data Science
Michael has over eight years as a medical engineer and clinical scientist in the NHS before joining Malebox. By combining his clinical background with expertise in data science and software development, he ensures our growth is led by evidence and technical precision. Michael focuses on scaling the platform using data-driven insights, keeping our mission rooted in medical accuracy as we reach more men.
Francesca Steyn RN
Head of Clinical Services, Quality & Governance
Francesca is a Registered Nurse with over 19 years of experience in the fertility sector. As the immediate past chair of the RCN Fertility Nursing Forum, she brings a high level of clinical leadership to Malebox. Her focus is on ensuring that our testing services and patient support are grounded in expert nursing care and remain centered on the needs of our patients.
