Planning to take your at home sperm test
Abstinence
3 - 7 days is the recommended time to abstain from ejaculating prior to testing.
Postal days
Your sample should be produced and posted on Monday-Wednesday. Collect and post your sample on the same day.
Receiving results
Once your sample is recieved by the lab, you'll be asked to book a consultation to receive your results.

1 / Register your kit
Scan the QR code on the printed instructions. Enter the 6 digit kit ID located on top of the collection cup and continue by following the on-screen instructions.
2 / Collect your sperm sample
Ejaculate directly into the collection cup without using lubricant or a condom. It is important to collect all of the sample in the collection cup.
3 / Add the preservative
Wait 15 minutes before pouring all the preservative into
the collection cup containing your sample and screw the lid on tightly. Place collection cup in the grip seal bag along with the absorbent pad.
4 / Send your sample
Stick both the returns label and UN3373 label on the outside of the shipper box. Take the kit to your local Royal Mail Parcelshop.
5 / Your results
You receive an easy to read report with personalised advice to improve your fertility health via video consultation with one of our clinical partners.
